A St. Louis native, Tony studied Political Science at the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. He worked as a Journeyman Plumber for his father’s plumbing company in St. Louis from 1973 to 1981. He then branched out and started the Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company in 1982. Tony has been an accomplished Master Plumber for over 30 years. His job as President of Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company requires him to set the strategic direction of the company and ensure that our plumbers maintain a highly professional set of mechanical skills. Under Tony’s leadership, the company has won the Angie’s List Super Service Award several years in row and maintains an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau of St. Louis. Outside of work, Tony enjoys riding his road bike all over St. Louis. He participates in a number of charity bike rides, including the MS150. He’s also an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and season ticket holder. Tony has four children (three of whom work with him: Matt, Lauren, and Lucy) and six grandchildren. Tony loves dogs! Matt graduated from the University of Missouri–St. Louis in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative in St. Louis for several years. He then went back to school in 2008 to earn his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Olin Business School at Washington University. Matt joined Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company in 2013. As General Manager, Matt oversees the daily operations of the company and works with the Estimators (Tony and Mike) to manage their projects from beginning to end. His responsibilities include executing long-term business strategy, hiring exceptional people, providing the best “total solution” through highly-personalized service and advice, and strategically marketing to customers who place significant value on a company’s reputation. Matt lives in Soulard with his two kids, Remy and Vincenza. They enjoy riding their bicycles to neighborhood parks, spending time at the City Museum, and walking to local bars and restaurants in Soulard. Matt loves watching St. Louis continuously re-invent itself.

Lauren Ross (LaMartina)
Lauren went to Roasti-Kain High School and attended the University of Missouri–St. Louis. She joined Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company in 2013. As Customer Service Manager, she fields most of the calls from customers and contractors and creates the schedule for our high-skilled team of plumbers. What Lauren loves most about her job is being the voice for the company. She is who you initially speak to, so it is her job to make sure your first experience with Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company is a pleasant one. She loves helping people, meeting people, and building relationships with our company. Lauren lives in Kirkwood with her husband, Kevin, and their three amazing kids: Hailey, Joe, and Isabella. They love to go on bike rides as a family. When they aren’t biking, they also enjoy music, going to Soulard market, cooking meals together, and attending community events around St. Louis.

Megan is a California native but has lived in St. Louis going on 9 years. She attended a community college in California and majored in Computer Applications Office Technology. Megan has many years of experience in customer service and in an office setting. She is the person who answers the phones and schedules appointments for the customers. She takes great pride in helping people with their plumbing needs.
In her free time, Megan enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her husband and son, loves listening to music, food and taking vacations once a year.
